This company was established as part of a strategic step in strengthening the digital business line owned by PT Pos Indonesia (Persero), while answering market needs for reliable and adaptive technology solutions.

POSDIGI shareholders are PT Quantum Akses Nusantara, which is part of the Bakrie Group and PT Pos Indonesia (Persero), which is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN). The synergy between digital strength and national distribution networks is an important foundation for POSDIGI's future growth.

Currently, POSDIGI manages various flagship product lines such as Agen Pos, an agency-based PPOB service platform; Billr, a digital channel aggregator for various billers; and Sera, a business line based on software and hardware solutions.
