Privacy Policy

When a User registers an account, PosPay will ask for the User's account information:

• Mobile Phone Number, password, Identity Card Type, Identity Number, Name and Address according to the identity when you registered the PosPay application account.
• Profile Information you provide for your user profile (e.g., email, place of birth, date of birth, gender, location, ID photo). This information allows us to verify that you are a real person.

After you successfully registered with PosPay, we can identify you when you log in to the PosPay server. You understand and agree that you are responsible for all costs incurred when you connect from your device to the PosPay system, and because the connection comes directly from your personal account, the PosPay application does not have access to or control over that connection.

Analytics Information

We use third-party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for our Services. These tools collect information sent by your device or our services, including your activities while participating in the Services.

Log File Information

Log file information is automatically reported by your browser whenever you make a request for access or visit a web page or the PosPay application. This may also be provided when the content of a web page or application is downloaded to your browser or device. When you use our services, our servers automatically record certain log information, including web requests, Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser types, page in/out URLs, click counts, and how you interact with links on the services, domain names, landing pages, viewed pages, and other information. This information enables more accurate reporting and improvement of the Services.

PosPay uses this information to improve the quality of payment services provided by PosPay and to increase its effectiveness in order to better tailor our services to your interests and needs based on the following privacy protection regulations.

• Protecting user privacy is a fundamental policy of PosPay. PosPay guarantees that it will not publicly disclose or provide to third parties any individual or non-public contact information stored within PosPay during the use of the mobile application, except under the following circumstances:
• If written permission from the authorized party is obtained;
• When required by applicable laws and regulations;
• When required as mandated by the competent government authorities;
• If necessary to protect the public interest;
• If necessary to protect legal rights and interests
• PosPay may collaborate with third parties to provide Users with relevant Mobile Applications. In this scenario, PosPay has the right to share registered information with the third party, provided the third party agrees to assume responsibility for providing privacy protections that are no less important than those provided to PosPay.
• Under the condition that no personal information of individual users is disclosed, PosPay has the right to analyze the entire user database and utilize the database for commercial purposes.
• You acknowledge and agree that you may, directly or indirectly, provide personal information through the use of the Mobile Application or Website and as set forth in this agreement. For the purposes of this article, you hereby consent to the use of your personal information by PosPay, and such consent shall be deemed to be as set forth in the applicable laws.
• You hereby consent to access to your account, SMS, Location, phone contact list or any other access required by PosPay.

We will not rent or sell your information to third parties outside the PosPay app (or the group of companies of which the PosPay app is a part) without your consent, except as set out in this Policy. From time to time, the PosPay app may need to use third parties for delivery purposes. For example, if you win a competition, the PosPay app may need to send your information to a third party to arrange delivery of the prize or to seek advice from an auditor or legal advisor. The PosPay app will ensure that the third party keeps your information secure, retaining it only for as long as necessary. We may also share your information, as well as information from tools such as cookies, log files, device identifiers, and location data, with third-party organizations that help us provide services to you (“Service Providers”). Our Service Providers will be given access to your information only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the services, under reasonable confidentiality requirements. We may also share certain information, such as cookie data, with third-party advertising partners. This information will enable PosPay to work with third-party advertising partners to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. We may remove any portion of the data that can identify you and share anonymous data with other parties. We may also combine your information with other information in a way that is no longer associated with you and share aggregate information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your unique account information and password, and for controlling access to your email between you and the PosPay application at all times. Your personal settings may also be affected by changes to your social media services connected to the PosPay application. We are not responsible for the functionality, privacy, or security practices of any other organization.

Update your account at any time by logging in and changing your profile settings.

When you are on the PosPay app, you may be redirected to other sites. In this case, you will be redirected to other sites where your information may be collected, and this will be beyond the PosPay app's control. For example, if you click on a banner ad in one of the PosPay apps, it may take you away from the PosPay app or the app to a third-party website. PosPay cannot be responsible for or control the content on third-party sites. Remember that once you leave the PosPay app site or the PosPay app itself, if you provide information to a third party, you will need to check their privacy policy, as this policy applies only to the PosPay app.
