The Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) serves as the frontline in this effort, ensuring that all public information is presented accurately, timely, and easily accessible.

Duties and Authority

Tugas PPID

  • Develop and implement public information service policies.
  • Prepare reports on the implementation of public information service policies.
  • Coordinate and consolidate the process of storing, documenting, providing, and serving public information.
  • Coordinate and consolidate the collection of Public Information documents in the company.
  • Verify Public Information documents.
  • Determine Public Information that is publicly accessible and suitable for publication.
  • Test the consequences of excluded public information.
  • Manage, maintain, and update the Public Information List.
  • Provide public information effectively and efficiently so that it is easily accessible to the public.
  • Provide guidance, supervision, evaluation, and monitoring of the implementation of technical public information policies carried out by Information Service Officers.

Wewenang PPID

  • Establish policies and reports on public information services.
  • Determine and decide whether public information can be accessed by the public or not based on testing the consequences.
  • Reject Public Information Requests by providing written considerations if the requested Public Information is included in the excluded information.
  • Conduct regular coordination and/or as needed in implementing public information services.
