  • ⁠Monitor and respond to complaints from Agent Partners and Post Office branches
  • ⁠Provide initial responses to agent inquiries and escalate to relevant teams
  • ⁠Monitor the performance of Posfin services (Digisol + Digital Payment)

Persyaratan

  • Strong communication skills, both online and offline
  • General computer literacy
  • Willing to work night shifts and/or weekends
