Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- •Create and maintain high-quality documentation for products, systems, and processes
- •Collaborate with developers, analysts, and product teams to gather technical information
- •Translate complex concepts into clear, user-friendly content
- •Organize and manage documentation using tools such as Confluence, GitBook, Notion, etc.
- •Contribute to knowledge sharing by maintaining FAQs, user guides, and whitepapers
Persyaratan
- •Strong technical writing skills with a structured and concise style
- •Understanding of systems and technology without needing to code
- •Familiarity with UX/UI principles for app/web-based documentation
- •Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking
- •(Optional) Knowledge of version control tools like Git
- •Able to create: User Manuals / End-User Guides, API Docs (Swagger / Postman / Markdown), SOPs, Release Notes, System Architecture Docs, Whitepapers, FAQs
